David C. Cephus, LMSW - President & CEO

David Cephus is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New York. He graduated from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work located at Yeshiva University where he earned a Master of Social Work degree with a clinical focus in Child Welfare and Social Work in schools. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Children and Family Studies and Africana and Latino Studies from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. David Cephus has gained applicable experience and knowledge through various certifications, internships, employment positions and lived-experience that enhance his skills and abilities while working with youth from all ages; families from all cultural backgrounds and walks of life; and other at-risk communities. David Cephus is a passionate educator that truly believes in anyone’s capability of being successful. His life's work has been to that end in the various positions he held over the course of his personal and professional career.

Russell Cephus - Vice President & CFO

Russell Cephus started his career in the Healthcare industry as an Emergency Medical Technician at the age of 19. Seventeen years into his commitment to Healthcare, Russell Cephus has held many positions ranging from private ambulance transport to agency management. Russell Cephus is currently pursuing his B.S. in Health Policy Administration while training new EMTs and other health care providers in basic medical skills. Russell is also certified as a National Registered Emergency Medical Technician.

Anita Jones, PhD – Secretary

Dr. Jones has been in the nursing profession for over 20 years. She is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in nursing education and is a licensed and ordained minister holding a PhD in biblical and religious studies. Dr. Jones seeks to finish a second master's degree with a concentration in family nurse practitioner and intends to use the wealth of her training and life experiences to offer primary care services and other trainings to underserved communities.
